PocketFives Players Dominate Full Tilt Tournaments

September 5, 2008

PocketFives is an online poker community of players that seem to take over the Full Tilt Poker tables at which its players sit in.

Just look at these stats from the past month alone:

•    Anthony "holdplz" Spinella won nearly $133,000 in the Full Tilt $750K Guaranteed;
•    "JohnnyBelow" won $61,500 in the Full Tilt Sunday Brawl
•    Mark “dipthrong” Herm won $44,400 in the Full Tilt Sunday Mulligan and the Full Tilt Poker $750k Guaranteed (as well as the Bodog $100k Guaranteed, incidentally)
•    Alex “AJKHoosier1” Kamberis won $135,000 for taking second place in the inaugural Full Tilt $1 Million Guaranteed
•    “Tomgus456” and Scott “stsitron” Sitron both took the top prize in separate Full Tilt $65K Guaranteed tournaments
•    “itssuited” won a Full Tilt Poker $100 rebuy tournament
•    Annette "Annette_15" Obrestad, WSOP Europe Main Event champ won $51,600 in the Full Tilt Sunday Mulligan

How well this bodes for PocketFives players is one thing. How well it bodes for any online poker player at all who’s looking for a poker room that pays out the big bucks is another.
