Team FullTilt Pro Phil Ivey Wins FTP Million Dollar Cash Game

Poker pro and winner of 5 World Series of Poker bracelets, Phil Ivey walked away with a clean half-a-mil ($536,000 to be exact) in the Full Tilt Poker Million Dollar Cash Game, beating out fellow Team Full Tilt members to get there:

•    Eli Elezra
•    Gus Hansen
•    Chris Ferguson
•    John Juanda
•    Howard Lederer
•    Mike Matusow

Ivey also had to oust fellow professional poker players like Phil Hellmuth and Tom Dwan as well, to win the big prize.

This marks his second win of this fledgling event, which has only been running for 3 years now. After winning the inaugural Full Tilt Poker Million Dollar Cash Game in 2006, Phil Ivey came in second place last year, winning $101,100 to that year’s champ (and the only other person, obviously, to ever win this event) Tony G’s $223,000 first prize.
