Full Tilt $25k PLO Heads Up Tournament

This September 6th, 2008 Full Tilt Poker is once again making history.  Full Tilt is bringing together the top Pot Limit Omaha players in the world to compete in the $25,000 buy in PLO Heads Up Championship.

Top poker professionals such as Team Full Tilt’s Phil Ivey, Gus Hansen and Patrik Antonius are expected to play, and you can be a part of the action − buy in directly for $25,000 or satellite your way in for as little as $1 or 50 Full Tilt Points!

The finals will be played on Sunday, September 7th at 16:00 EST.

Even if you can't play in the heads up tournament, Full Tilt is still giving players a chance to get in on the action via their Sweat Tournaments.  These tournaments cost players $11 to enter and allow them to chose who they think will win the $25k PLO Heads Up Tournament.

The Sweat Tournaments work like this.  Chose which pro you think is going to win the PLO Heads Up Tournament.  Then go to the Full Tilt tournament lobby and enter the $11 Sweat Tournament named for that pro.  If you then make it to the final table of that pro's Sweat Tournament you will win a share of the $5,000 prize pool Full Tilt is putting up.

  • 2nd - $1,000
  • 3rd - $800
  • 4th - $600
  • 5th - $400
  • 6th - $250
  • 7th - $200
  • 8th - $150
  • 9th - $100

Sweat Tournaments start on September 7th, 2008.
